2. Our content
The Site publishes research reports, data, charts, and related material for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as such. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Citation and attribution
You may quote and cite our published research with clear attribution to Covenant Research, the report title, and a link to the source page. When citing a figure, retain its original source and any stated caveats. You may not present our work in a way that misstates its findings, removes its caveats, or implies that Covenant Research endorses any person, product, organization, party, or cause.
5. Reprint and reuse permissions
Reproducing a report in full, or republishing a substantial portion of our content, charts, or data, requires prior written permission. Requests may be sent to info@covenantresearch.org. Any permission granted does not transfer ownership and remains subject to the attribution requirements above.

Lawful indexing of public pages by search engines and similar services is permitted.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
Except for material attributed to another source, the content on the Site, including its text, reports, charts, design, and code, is owned by Covenant Research or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. The Covenant Research name and logo are marks of the organization and may not be used without permission. You may not remove or alter any copyright, attribution, or other proprietary notice.
8. Third-party content and sources
Our reports cite and link to third-party sources, datasets, and websites. Those materials remain the property of their owners and are subject to their own terms. Covenant Research does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party source or site.
9. Research data
Where Covenant Research publishes the data behind a study, your use of that data is subject to these Terms and to any additional terms stated with the dataset. You may not attempt to re-identify any individual from aggregated data, combine it with other sources to do so, or use it to make claims about any individual. Our data is descriptive and aggregate by design.
10. Your submissions
If you send Covenant Research feedback, questions, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and act on that content for our operations and research, without obligation to you. Do not send content that is unlawful, infringing, confidential, or that you do not have the right to share.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Covenant Research works to ensure its figures are correct and sourced, but does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covenant Research and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Covenant Research may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Entire agreement and severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Covenant Research regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect, and our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
