Covenant Research

About

Covenant Research is a non-profit organization that measures the goods a Christian life and Christian communities bring to society: charitable giving, volunteering, family and community health, recovery, education, and hospitality.

We present rigorous, sourced data and offer a constructive reading of it through a Christian lens, naming each measured good and the teachings that help a society cultivate more of it. The work is descriptive, never polemical.

What we publish

Interactive reports, each built on a single study, with data visualizations, breakdowns, and the methodology behind every figure. Cited research is sourced from peer-reviewed literature and official public datasets.

Our differentiator

Most discussion of faith and public life relies on assertion. Covenant Research relies on measurement. We gather the data, render it clearly, and let the numbers speak, with a brief, clearly fenced note on what Christian teaching says about the goods the numbers describe.

The result is a body of work that appeals to anyone curious about what the evidence actually shows, regardless of whether they share the convictions behind it. Truth, accurately stated, is its own invitation.

The editorial posture is consistently constructive. Covenant Research names what is working, celebrates the communities cultivating it, and offers a gentle civic invitation to consider why and how more of it might be possible. It does not attack any person, group, party, or position, and it avoids the contested questions that generate heat rather than light.
